What are you afraid to ask for?
Do you need help? Are the words to ask for help stuck in your throat?
We've all been there. Asking makes you vulnerable. If you put yourself out there, you can be rejected. Rejection is scary. Punk-rock/cabaret musician, Amanda Palmer, states so eloquently in her TED Talk asking fosters connection. It says “I see you.” She encourages us all to fearlessly ask, give and receive.
